Typical role responsibilities include:

• Technical lead & Structural analysis subject matter expert
• Mentoring and training of junior engineers (incl. succession planning)
• Overall project management, governance and risk mitigation
• Maintain & expand operational financial robustness across the business

• Degree or equivalent tertiary Engineering qualifications 
• CPEng status or nearing completion
• Current Australian building technology and design experience
• Fluency with Australian, NCS and BCA Standards
• Extensive professional network and Business Development capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
