Senior Revit Drafter/Modeller

About the Role: As a Senior Drafter, your extensive experience with structural drafting and modelling will support the wider team as you collaborate on a variety of unique projects. You will operate with a high level of autonomy and be confident in your ability to communicate with relevant stakeholders.
Projects may include:

• Apartment buildings and luxury homes with basements.
• Education and healthcare facilities.
• Commercial and Industrial/manufacturing facilities.

• Develop detailed structural drawings using Revit Structure to meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to deliver high quality projects in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, building codes, and client requirements.
• Maintain skills in line with industry best practice, undertake ongoing professional development and assist with the ongoing technical development of the drafting team.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in engineering or drafting.
• Proven drafting experience with design of large boutique residential, multistory or commercial buildings.
• 5+ years of experience using Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Demonstrated experience providing a high level of service and stakeholder engagement.
