About the Role
The Personal Assistant will provide high-level support to the Assistant Principals (AP’s) by handling various administrative tasks and coordinating events across the college.
Key responsibilities.
- Provide high-quality administrative support and ensure the efficient running of the day-to-day operations across the college.
- Coordinate the preparation and execution of school events, assemblies and award ceremonies.
- Schedule and coordinate the AP’s diary of meetings and appointments, ensuring all commitments are met.
- Assist the AP’s with various communications to parents and students.
- Strong organisational skills, adept at prioritising tasks efficiently and willing to take initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively to achieve desired goals and resolve problems.
- Prior experience working within education, school or tertiary (desirable).
Please note, to be successful for this position, you must or be willing to obtain a valid National Police Check (NPC) and Working with Children Check (Employee) (WWCC).
