Are you a Junior Traffic Engineer looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive team? We are seeking a motivated professional with 1–5 years of experience to join an iconic engineering firm in Brisbane. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term career in engineering.

In this role, you will:
• Conduct traffic impact assessments and contribute to traffic engineering for detailed design projects
• Utilize SIDRA modelling to analyze traffic performance
• Collaborate with clients, councils, and stakeholders to deliver effective transport solutions
• Support the development of traffic management plans and road safety initiatives

To be successful, you will have:
• 1–5 years’ experience in traffic engineering, preferably in a consultancy environment
• Proficiency in SIDRA and other relevant traffic modelling tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Exposure to PAF writing (desirable, depending on experience)
