As an Employment and Workplace Relations Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams with practical workplace relations advice while also taking an active role in recruitment processes.
- Advise clients on workplace relations, employment law, and industrial relations.
- Design and implement workplace relations training programs.
- Support clients with tailored solutions for workplace relations challenges.
- Monitor and interpret Awards and legislative changes to deliver informed advice.
- Conduct investigations where required.
- Develop and review relevant policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Advise on best practices in relation to workplace culture and employment law.
This role is ideal for individuals who are either:
- New to the field or gaining experience: You’ve graduated in recent years and are confident engaging with various stakeholders.
- Experienced professionals seeking flexibility: You’re an experienced workplace relations professional seeking flexible hours/part-time work.
- Technical understanding of workplace relations and Australian employment regulations.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, ideally with a focus on Employment, Industrial Relations, or Law.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
