About the role
Due to newly awarded projects, our client is seeking technical professionals with previous experience in data capture for asset management/facilities management to conduct audits on a range of facilities which may include, hospitals, schools, universities/TAFE, correctional centres, and local government buildings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and record data on relevant mechanical/electrical building systems, fixtures, furniture and building fabrics.
- Verify existing data; ensure it is updated to reflect the assets current location and state of repair.
- Provide thorough and accurate data capture, ensuring data is upload as directed to minimise risk of data loss.
- Craft highly precise and detailed reports for assessments when required.
- Actively engage with the team to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality.
- A current Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one.
- Prior experience in conducting building audits and data capture projects.
- Ability to be highly methodical and an exceptional level of attention to detail.
- Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid Victorian driver's license, and willingness to travel.
- A professional demeanour and the capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
